Cases

One of my purposes as a consultant is to build bridges between organizations. I enjoy diving deep into a wide variety of organizational contexts such as Federal Ministries, NGOs, start-ups or corporations in order to:

  • show that they have more in common than they might think

  • learn from one another

  • master the world’s complexity together

    Organization: Federal Ministry
Objective: Reinvent the annual conference completely to increase engagement, foster networking, co-create ideas for the future.

Challenge: Switching the role as a mediator to the conflict party’s role to experience different conversation methods.

Learnings, aha moments and ideas

  • Lisa's mentorship helped me refine my workshop skills, step out of my comfort zone, and develop a constructive workshop roadmap for implementing the concepts of vision, purpose, and values. Her comprehensive approach also helped me translate complex performance processes into practical and people-oriented communication strategies.

  • I would not have thought that solution oriented workshops would be so successful. They bring everyone involved (regardless of their attitude) to the table and ensure a common understanding. The goal achieved is supported by everyone.

    Deputy CTO, Federal Ministry

  • It's amazing how visualizing ideas can help to turn them into strategy, how retrospectives can be easily used as a working tool, and how moderation can address both factual information and feelings. Especially, the drama triangle helped us a lot to better understand what's happening behind certain conflicts and how to approach them differently.
