    I am eager to learn more about how you see the world as well as what you want to achieve and why. To accomplish this, I ask various questions, use active listening and observe the unspoken details. Ultimately, curiosity will show us the way to more creative solutions.

    I always try to maintain a non-judgmental view. For this, I like to wear my “goodwill glasses”, which allow me to stay curious and appreciative, even critical at times - but always fair.

    I believe that conflict represents an opportunity for growth and evolution. Feedback and direct communication are essential tools on the path to achieving true harmony. In the best cases they can help prevent conflict from getting in the way of progress!

    Leaving your comfort zone can bring out a lot of feelings and emotions. It’s time to normalize and even embrace feelings and emotions in business contexts. In my work, I do not shy away from showing my own vulnerability. This approach opens up new and unexplored pathways for growth and learning.
